The City of Laconia requests written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in being considered for hire by the City as Grant Administrator to manage a $488,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Facility Project.  The project is the renovation of a space at 17 Church St, Laconia.  The property is owned by Laconia Housing and Redevelopment Authority and will be rented to a service provider.
