  • $10 Per Fireworks for Non Profits
  • $50 Per Fireworks

Who Needs One

Anyone who intends to display Class B fireworks.

Additional Requirements

The application must be accompanied by:
  • Two copies of the State of New Hampshire application (PDF) for permit to display Class B Special Fireworks. (pre-signed by the Fire Chief and Police Chief or License Board Chairman)
  • A certificate of Liability Insurance listing the City of Laconia as an additional insured
  • Get the property owners permission if on private property
  • Make sure application is completely filled in. The applications will be sent to the State of New Hampshire after the License Board approves them.
